Brad Malone talks family, COVID, and return to the ice ahead of Condors' opening night

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KERO) — The Bakersfield Condors will hold a training camp in less than two weeks to prepare for the COVID-shortened regular season. Most of the roster making their way to Condorstown in the coming days and weeks, but for veteran Brad Malone, Bakersfield is his second home.

Now a husband and father in addition to his duties on the ice, 'Bugsy' has been spending time with his family, sharpening his game, and staying in shape while waiting for the chance to skate again.

The dashboards are going in now and the arena will soon be flooded. Camp is starting on Monday, Jan. 25, and the puck drops on Feb. 5.
